You take your first steps into Galaxy’s Edge, it’s impossible to take in all the sights, smells, and scents because there’s no way you just entered Disneyland 25 minutes ago. You are most definitely in a galaxy far, far away.
Galaxy’s Edge and reputation go together like two peas in a pod; they have the same style and could share a closet, they are both chaotic in the most organized and best ways, and I know that listening to …Ready For It? while you drive the Mellenium Falcon might just be your all-time dream. Mine too!
First things first!

You’re gonna need to refuel before you go head-to-head with the First Order. Blue Milk is most definitely on the itinerary. You can visit The Milk Stand and order up some Blue or Green Milk. Blue Milk is a non-dairy, semi-frozen (think slush) tropical drink. You can taste flavors of coconut, rice milk, pineapple, lime, and watermelon. (A MM Tip! Might not be the best decision to drink before flying the Mellenium Falcon.) Green Milk is the same non-dairy frozen treat but with citrus elements; mandarin orange, passion fruit, and grapefruit. All Blue Milk is priced at $8.99

Head on over to the Droid Depot or Savi’s Workshop. You’re gonna need some help if you’re going to form your own alliance. At the Droid Depot you can build, assemble, and bring to life your own Droid. You can pick from dozens of different parts, chips, and other items to construct your custom new friend!
Droids come at a costly price tag, $119.99 gets you your own droid, carry box, and instructions.
You can make your very own lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop. Choose from unusual parts and magical pieces to customize the light saber of your dreams! You can pick from one of four themes before The Gatherers help you build.
This experience costs $249.99 per lightsaber with a carrying case included in the price.

It’s time for your first adventure, though it might involve some bumpy stardust! Fasten your seatbelts because the Millennium Falcon needs you. You will be assigned a crucial role in getting this spaceship to its destination… hopefully all in one piece. Whether you’re a pilot, engineer, or gunner, you will have a mission that only you can do!

You’re going to work up quite the appetite and a quenched throat! Head over to Oga’s Catina and find some delicacies and drinks that are out of this world! Literally… don’t believe me… order the Fuzzy Tauntaun. It’s a peach-flavored cocktail, but don’t overlook the warning for the intense tingling effect. There’s a reason the Cast Members instruct you not to snort or inhale the drink.

The Fuzzy Tauntaun (left) is priced at $ 19.50, and the Jabba Juice (Simply Orange with Pineapple, Kiwi, Cantaloupe, and Blueberry flavored Boba) (right) is priced at $7.50.
Let’s take a stroll through the marketplace, but be careful! Stormtroopers can literally be anywhere! Batuu is home to dozens of shops, you’re sure to find something you like, and even if you’re not in the mood to buy something from a vendor, don’t worry. You can secretly be on the lookout for the First Order.

Don’t get too lost in the Marketplace, The Resistance needs your help….and quick! You’re being recruited for a secret mission, but there are sure to be many unexpectancies ahead, but don’t worry, Rey and BB-8 are there and will help you along this wild journey!

The suns will start to set, and you’ll feel the ache of your feet from all the travelling but before you go, one last stop. Don’t Blame Me, this is a good one! Head on over to Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, and grab your last bite of galactic food before heading home on the Red Five. Order a Ronto Wrap (Marinated Chicken, Mixed Greens, Quinoa-Veggie Mix, Mini Peppers, Olives, Cotija Cheese, and Cilantro Dressing for $15.99.) And for the perfect drink pairing, Cold Brew Black Cat (Cold Brew Coffee topped with Sweet Cream Cheese and Chocolate Puffs for $7.79).

Galaxy’s Edge is a fully immersive experience, it asks you to go all in - to choose the story, the mission, the food, and the people you’re willing to form an alliance with. And, maybe that’s why it stays long after we’ve stepped out of the Marketplace. Until the stars guide us back….. I’ll see you on the Midnight Monorail.
