Inside Disney’s Grand Californian: The Most Magical Place to Stay at Disneyland
Walking into The Grand Californian was a dream come true and I still can’t believe I was a guest there! From the moment you walked through the lobby doors you were transported to a Serne and fairytale oasis that only Disney could dream up. If Disney owned a National Park and placed a hotel on the nature floor, this is what the hotel would look like.
Eating Healthy in the Park
Churros, Popcorn, and Mickey Mouse ice cream! Iconic, won’t break the budget, and it takes our taste buds to Neverland. However, these may not be the healthiest options when we’re looking to not feel totally gross after a full day at the parks.
Disney Lingo
Whether you’re planning a Disney trip or in the middle of the parks, you could be thinking you’re hearing a new language. Don’t sweat it, it’s not the heat or the crowds playing tricks on you. You’ve come to the right place, and you’ll be speaking Disney in no time.
Under $10 Snacks/Meals
Let’s face it, Disney food can be an extra sort of splurge that we don’t wanna make. We’re already buying the ticket, paying for parking, and the gas to get to the park, but snacks (and meals) at Disney don’t have to be extra, and I’m putting $10 to the test to see how far it’ll take us when we’re balling on a budget.
Start Your Happily Ever After with 999 Ghosts
Starting July 2026, you can now get married in front of Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion, as part of Disney’s Fairytale Wedding packages. Announced this morning by Disneyland, engaged guests can hold their ceremony at the Haunted Mansion Courtyard.
Galaxy’s Edge X reputation
Grab your lightsaber, a cold brew, some resistance-coded ears, and your Getaway Car, we’re going to spend the perfect day in Galaxy’s Edge (reputation’s version ✨)
DL v.s. DCA: Which One Should You Prioritize?
Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure - both are pivotal theme parks that share large differences from another. You can’t have one without the other, and no one would want to. But let’s say you have a one-day ticket, no park hopper and you have the decision of DL or DCA, well consider this the only blog post you’ll ever need and consider me your professional in residence.
I only can go on 5 rides, which should I go on?
Don’t have enough time to wait in all the lines, or are you just doing a half day? I get it, sometimes we just need to do our favorite rides, grab a churro, and call it a day! But what happens when you don’t even know which five ways to go on? If you’re basing it on wait times or vibes, I totally get you! Wanna leave it up to me? Grab your passport (oh, or uhm your magic key) and my hand!
